Since being appointed as managing director of IPC in 2008, my activities have focused on designing financial sector projects and supporting our advisory teams in their implementation work. Having worked as a bank adviser, heading large financing and consulting projects and serving for four years as CEO of the ProCredit Bank in Ukraine, I strive to bring that experience and expertise to bear on our current engagements. What I like most is the diverse spectrum of challenges facing IPC and our teams, with each country and set of tasks presenting new strategic issues. More recently, we have placed a stronger emphasis on green and digital transformation, and on cooperation with local consulting firms to implement complex, long-term projects.
